Asset Selection

At checkout, select NOWPayments. Select the currency (e.g. USDT, LTC, BTC). We recommend USDT (TRC20) or LTC (Low fees and quick confirmation).

Network Confirmation

Your wallet network has to match the destination network. ⚠️ WARNING: Sending USDT (ERC20) to a (TRC20) address will result in the total loss of funds.

Exact Transfer

Send the exact amount as indicated on the screen. Do not round up.
Note: Network fees (gas fees) are paid separately by your wallet.

Automatic Transmission

After 1-3 confirmations on the blockchain (~10 min), you will receive access via email.

🔒 Regional Blocking?

If your bank or region blocks access to crypto gateways, we have alternative manual routes.

❓ Rapid Diagnosis

"I paid but it wasn't confirmed" Wait 20 minutes. The blockchain may be congested.
"I did not receive the email." 99% of cases is in SPAM. Search for "Subject 157".
"I sent the wrong amount" Save the TXID (transaction hash) and send it to support.

Seed Phrase / Private Keys? NEVER share. Subject 157 never ask for it.
Address / QR Code: Always confirm on the official NOWPayments screen. Do not use third-party links.
