The Subject 157 operates under a principle of data minimisation ("Need-to-Know"). Your research is your intellectual property. We do not act as Data BrokersWe do not sell email lists and do not track your activity outside this perimeter.
2. Operational Data (What we collect)
To maintain the integrity of the system, we only collect:
- Communications: If you contact us via Secure Communications or email, we only keep the correspondence for as long as necessary to resolve the ticket.
- Transactions: When purchasing the Technical Manual, processing is carried out by external encrypted entities (e.g. Stripe/PayPal). We do not have access to your full bank details.
- Analytics (Anonymised): We use technical cookies to understand which pages are most visited. Your IP address is anonymised whenever possible.
3. Tool Safety (Lab Tools)
Critical: Our calculators (Reconstitution, Synergy, Protocol) operate on the client side (Client-Side). This means that the calculations take place in your browser, not on our servers.
4. Sharing and Jurisdiction (Offshore)
Subject 157's digital infrastructure operates under the jurisdiction of the Republic of PanamaWe do not share data with third parties, except for critical infrastructure (Payments/Email) necessary for the service to function.

Although we operate outside the European Economic Area, we apply international privacy best practices as a courtesy to our researchers:

Right to Anonymity (Data Bleach™):
You may request the deletion of non-essential operational records associated with your support communications, where applicable and subject to minimum legal retention obligations.Date Bleach™ is the internal term used in Subject 157 for processes involving the controlled deletion of non-essential operational data.
- Zero-Log Policy (Sessions): We do not maintain permanent records of tool inputs after the session has ended, whenever technically possible.
