Studies published between 1990 and 2024 demonstrate that Selank modulates GABAergic pathways, reduces HPA axis hyperactivity, alters cytokine expression, and improves emotional stability and cognitive performance under stress. This review consolidates preclinical evidence and small-scale human trials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
