Isso \u00e9 <strong>puls\u00e1til<\/strong>. Agora imagina uma torneira que fica sempre a pingar, sem parar. Isso \u00e9 <strong>sustentado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Pulsos:<\/strong> sinais curtos, \u201ceventos\u201d discretos.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Sustentado:<\/strong> sinal cont\u00ednuo, mais \u201cconstante\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>O que interessa aqui n\u00e3o \u00e9 \u201cqual \u00e9 o melhor\u201d. O que interessa \u00e9: <strong>qual \u00e9 a forma do sinal<\/strong> que esta mol\u00e9cula cria no eixo <strong>GH\/IGF-1<\/strong>. E essa forma muda totalmente entre No-DAC e DAC.<\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h2 id=\"s157-mech\">3) Mecanismo (o essencial, sem ru\u00eddo)<\/h2>\n\n<h3>3.1 O que o Mod-GRF faz<\/h3>\n\n<p>O Mod-GRF (1-29) \u00e9 um an\u00e1logo de <strong>GHRH<\/strong> (um sinal que \u201cpede\u201d ao corpo para libertar <strong>GH<\/strong>). Ele atua na hip\u00f3fise, no recetor de GHRH, e desencadeia uma cascata (inclui <strong>cAMP<\/strong>) que facilita a liberta\u00e7\u00e3o de GH.<\/p>\n\n<p>Depois, parte desse efeito \u201cdesce\u201d para <strong>IGF-1<\/strong> (sobretudo via f\u00edgado). Na pr\u00e1tica, pensa assim:<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"subject157-note\">\n  <strong>Mapa simples (S157):<\/strong><br \/>\n  Mod-GRF \u2192 (recetor GHRH) \u2192 GH \u2191 \u2192 IGF-1 \u2191 (downstream)<br \/>\n  <span style=\"color:#64748b;\">IGF-1 \u00e9 um marcador \u00fatil, mas n\u00e3o substitui o contexto (mol\u00e9cula, janela, m\u00e9todo, tempo).<\/span>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Se quiseres defini\u00e7\u00f5es r\u00e1pidas (sem ficar preso em jarg\u00e3o), abre o <a href=\"https:\/\/subject157.com\/es\/glosario-tactico-del-lexico-s157\/\"><strong>L\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/a> e pesquisa: \u201cGHRH\u201d, \u201cGH\u201d, \u201cIGF-1\u201d, \u201ccAMP\u201d, \u201cpuls\u00e1til\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<h3>3.2 O que o DAC muda<\/h3>\n\n<p>El <strong>DAC<\/strong> (Drug Affinity Complex) \u00e9, em termos pr\u00e1ticos, um \u201ctruque\u201d para prolongar a presen\u00e7a da mol\u00e9cula no corpo, porque ela passa a ligar-se \u00e0 <strong>alb\u00famina<\/strong>.
