En este informe se realiza un an\u00e1lisis comparativo entre los agonistas del receptor GLP-1 de primera generaci\u00f3n (semaglutida) y los agonistas duales GIP\/GLP-1 (tirzepatida), centr\u00e1ndose en sus mecanismos farmacodin\u00e1micos, eficacia cl\u00ednica y perfil de riesgo.
